Help save PCSOs. Have your say on the police budget |
||
|
Before Christmas, there were plans to reduce the number of Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) by 60. Thanks to your voices and the efforts of Dan Price, Cheshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner, 10 PCSOs have already been saved from redundancy. Dan listened to residents’ concerns and asked the Chief Constable to make this happen. But we’re not done yet—you can help save all 87 PCSOs! The annual public consultation on police funding is now live. By choosing the ‘Do more’ option, which means a small increase of just over £2 per month for a Band B property, you’ll strengthen Dan’s case to the Government to raise the funds needed to keep every PCSO in Cheshire. Have your say before 12 noon on Friday, 23 January 2026: Your support makes a real difference. Let’s keep our neighbourhoods safe together! | ||
